| 摘 要： | 叶点霉属（Phyllosticta）是球壳孢目中的重要属,其中很多种是引起植物叶、茎和根部病害的重要病原菌.小叶黄杨叶斑病是由叶点霉属真菌引起的病害.对该病害病原菌的生物学特性与药剂抑菌效果进行了研究.结果表明,小叶黄杨叶斑病菌YC06适宜生长的pH值范围广泛,麦芽糖是最佳碳源,天门冬酰胺是最佳氮源,该菌在连续光照条件...

| Abstract: | An experiment was conducted to study the biological characteristics of the pathogenic fungi causing leaf spot disease of Buxus microphylla.The germicides having a good antifungal effect on the leaf spot pathogen were screened.Result show that the strain YC06 causing leaf spot disease of B.microphylla grow well in a wide range of pH.Maltose is the best carbon source and asparagine is the best nitrogen source.The strain YC06 grows better under continuous light.The spore germination rate was the highest in 0.2... |
