Abstract:Community structure and ecological distribution of endophytic fungi in Dendranthema indicum were studied through sampling,isolating and identifying.Result shows that the biological diversity of the endophytic fungi is richer.A total of twenty-one species of endophytic fungi were isolated,among which most fungi belong to deuteromycetes and the few species are ascomycete fungi.Colletotrichum spp.,Phomopsis spp.,Macrophoma sp.are dominant sociales.The endophytic fungi could be isolated in every part of the tested D.indicum plants,and their colonization rates ranged from 79.2% to 99.3%.Host habitat and tissue type of the plants are the main factors that affect the biological diversity and community structure of the endophytic fungi.
