摘    要:为探讨螺旋藻细胞内游离脯氨酸含量与其抗寒性之间的关系,该文采用磺基水杨酸法测定了低温下鄂尔多斯高原碱湖的钝顶螺旋藻S1、引进的钝顶螺旋藻S3和极大螺旋藻S4细胞内游离脯氨酸含量。结果表明,低温胁迫可引起螺旋藻细胞内游离脯氨酸大量积累,平均含量S1>S3>S4。经低温锻炼或ABA预处理可增加细胞内游离脯氨酸含量,从而提高螺旋藻的抗寒性,但这种作用对抗寒性强的S1的效果大于冷敏感种S3和S4。

Abstract:In order to study the relationship between the free proline content in Spirulina cells and its cold resistance,sulfosalicylic acid method was adopted to mensurate free proline content in Spirulina platensis(S1)from alkaline Lake in Erdos Plateau,the imported S. platensis(S3)and S. maxima (S4)in low temperature. The results showed that the content of free proline in Spirulina increased under cold stress,the order of the average content was S1>S3>S4.Low temperature exercises or treated with ABA could increase the free proline content,then improve its cold resistance,however,the effect on S1 was more obvious than S3 and S4 which are sensitive to cold.
