摘    要:在20年长期定位试验的基础上,选用徐州25、徐州26和烟2801三个小麦品种,研究了长期施肥对灌浆盛期小麦旗叶膜脂过氧化作用、谷氨酸合成酶(GS)及籽粒产量和蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,有机、无机肥配合施用与单施无机肥相比,旗叶膜脂过氧化作用低,光合速率高,产量高;在各处理间,均随着无机肥种类的增多,旗叶膜脂过

Abstract:Based on a 20 year long term fertilization experiment in fixed plots, three winter wheat ( Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars, Xuzhou 25, Xuzhou 26 and Yan 2801, were used to investigate the effects of different fertilizer combinations on cell membrane lipid peroxidation, photosynthetic rate, GS activity in flag leaf at active grain filling stage, and grain yield and protein content at maturity. In flag leaf, membrane lipid peroxidation was lower, photosynthetic rate was higher and grain yield was consequently higher in the treatments of combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers (TMI) than that in corresponding treatments of only inorganic fertilizer applied (TI). Among treatments of TMI or of TI, grain yield increased with increment of the application kinds on the combination of N, P and K fertilizers, as consistent with decreasing membrane lipid peroxidation and increasing photosynthetic rate in flag leaf. When only N and K fertilizers were applied, cell membrane lipid peroxidation in flag leaf increased greatly while photosynthetic rate decreased obviously, thus resulting in very low grain yield. No significant correlations were observed between grain protein content and GS activity, or nitrogen content in flag leaf under different fertilization treatments.
