| Abstract: | According to the current situation of cultivating in Heilongjiang Province, this paper provides the suggestions of improving cultivated quality and constructing high-standard basic farmland from three aspects, which are strengthening the construction of three-reservoir, carrying out deficiency-excess complication cultivated technology, and enforcing concentrated investment scientifically. |
