| Abstract: | Implementation of the forest cutting quota is an efficient method for controlling the consumption of forest resources. This paper analyses the problems existant in wood cutting management system,cutting area certificate system according to the recent two years' checking results on the implementation of forest cutting quota. At the same time, this paper also puts forward some solutions to these issues. |
