摘 要: | 1995~1996年试验结果表明,SC2053是一种高效小麦化学杀雄剂,可诱导相对雄性不育率达97.5%~100%。不同品种对SC2053的敏感程度不同。SC2053的最佳喷药期为小麦幼穗发育长度为0.5~1.2cm时,最佳用药剂量为0.5~0.7kg/hm2。SC2053可降低株高5cm左右,但对雌蕊等其他性状无明显副作用。在父母本行比为3:6时,相对异交结实率可达53.5%~67.8%,制种产量为1747.5~2049.0kg/hm2。

A Prelimitary Study on Wheat Male Sterility Inducing Technique by SC2053 |

Abstract: | The results from the test of 1995 and 1996 showed that SC2053 is an effective male killing agent, which can induce a male sterile rate high to 97.5 % ~ 100%. Different varieties have different sensitivity to SC2053. The optimal spraying period is at the stage that the panicles of wheat grow to 0. 5 ~ 1. 2cm, i. e. April 15 in Linfen area. The optimal dosage is 0. 5 ~ 0. 7 kg/hm2. SC2053 also can lower the plant in about 5cm,and it has no harm to other traits such as pistil. When the row ratio of male and female parrents is 3: 6,relative cross-pollination setting percentage is 53. 5% ~67. 8% and the yield of seed is 1747. 5~2049.0kg/hm2. |
