穿梭育种对玉米适应性选育的实践

将玉米选系于山西太原春播和云南元谋冬播连续交替种植，选择两地间在性状变异上植株高度小于25cm、果穗长度小于3．0cm、果穗秃尖长小于2．0cm、总生育期小于15天、子粒成熟时叶片保绿度大于50％、雌雄穗发育正常且协调、抗病性好的选系，这样的选系适应性较强，反之适应性较差。选育品种以强适应性选系×强适应性选系组配方式最佳。

On the contrary, their adaptability are not good. The varieties from the combination between good adaptability strain and good adaptability strain are excellent.
