花生蛋白在碱减量腈纶表面上的接枝及接枝腈纶服用性能研究

摘    要:研究了在碱减量腈纶表面用聚乙烯醇缩水甘油醚100%(PVAGE100%)交联荆接枝花生蛋白工艺,以及碱减量腈纶接枝交联花生蛋白后碱减量晴纶服用性能的变化.用红外光谱对接枝蛋白后的腈纶进行了表征.采用单因素法研究了碱减量腈纶交联接枝花生蛋白的最佳工艺参数,结果表明:碱减量腈纶用PVAGE100%接枝花生蛋白的最佳工艺条件为PVAGE100%最佳浓度31.08 g/L,最佳接枝温度120℃,最佳接枝时间40 min,花生蛋白最佳浓度31.5 g/L.碱减量接枝花生蛋白后.随着接枝率的升高,白度基本没有变化;回潮平有较大幅度增加;抗静电性能也大幅度提高;抗褶皱弹性略有下降.
Abstract:
Polyacrylonitrile was hydrolyzed by NaOH and then modified with arachin by poly vinylalcohol glycidyl ether 100%(PVAGE100%).It was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, and its wearability was studied.The best grafting technology was studied with signal factor method and the best technological pa-rameters were obtained: PVAGE100% concentration 31.08g/L, temperature 120℃, reaction time 40 min and arachin concentration 31.5 g/L.With the increase in the rate of grafting arachin on hydrolyzed polyac-rylonitrile, the whiteness of the polyacrylonitrile fabric showed little change, while its hygroscopic proper-ty and antistatic property increased greatly and its elasticity decreased slightly.
