摘    要:从5种草食性哺乳动物的粪便中筛选获得8株苏云金芽胞杆菌(Bt);并用聚合酶链式反应—限制性酶切片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)鉴定体系鉴定各菌株的cry基因型.结果表明:BRC-WCB1、BRC-WCB2、BRC-WCB3、BRC-WCB8同时含有cry1和cry2基因;BRC-WCB6仅含有cry1I基因;BRC-WCB5含有cry3基因,但未出现预知的酶切条带;而BRC-WCB4无任何PCR扩增产物.

Abstract:Eight Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt) strains were isolated from five kinds of herbivorous animal feces,and the cry-type genes were identified by using the identification system of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragments length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).It indicated that four Bt strains(BRC-WCB1,BRC-WCB2,BRC-WCB3,and BRC-WCB8) contained both cry1 and cry2 genes,BRC-WCB6 contained cry1I gene only,BRC-WCB5 contained cry3 gene without any known digested fragment,while BRC-WCB4 showed no any PCR product.
