| 摘 要： | 在甘肃省60个特种禽类养殖场,采集了17个品种禽类的非免疫血清953份、免疫血清51份、脏器等病料83份,进行了实验室检验和监测,结果表明鸽感染了ND、A I、IB、ILT、AL、FP、IBD 7种疫病,鸭感染ND、A I、ILT、FP、VA、PD 6种疫病,鹧鸪感染了A I、IB、ILT、IBD 4种疫病,珍珠鸡感染了IB、ILT、AL 3种疫病,鸵鸟感染了ND,乌鸡感染了IB、ILT、IBD、M D、VA、IC,贵妇鸡感染了M D、AL、IC。从病料中检出了大肠杆菌、都柏林沙门氏菌和念珠菌、组织滴虫和球虫虫卵等病原。ND、A I、IB、IBD、ILT、FP 6种疫病的免疫抗体水平普遍较低。

| Abstract: | A Investigation of disease among Special-type fowl Farms in Gansu.The investigation was carried out among 17 Greeds in 60 fowl farms.953 non-immuned sera,51 past-immuned sera and 83 viscera samples were collected and detected.The results indicated that the pigeons were infected with 7disease as ND,AI,IB,ILT,AL,FP,IBD.The ducks were infected with 6 disease as ND,AI,ILT,FP,VA and PD.The partridges with 4 as AI,IB,ILT,IBD.The quinea fowls with 3 as IB,ILT and AL.The ostriches with ND.The Black-Bone chickens with IB,ILT,IBD,MD,VA and IC.Lady-hood chickens with MD,AL,IC.And also Escherichia coli,Salmonella Dublin,Candidiasis,Histomonas meleagridis,and coccidiosis etc.Pathogens were detected among the viscera samples.The investigation revealed that the immunal antibody level to ND,AI,IB,IBD,ILT and FP were generally lower. |
