摘    要:研究了赤霉素(GA)对青花菜植株生长和茎尖核酸含量的影响。试验结果表明,GA可提高青花菜植株质量、地上部鲜质量和经济系数,促进植株生长。适宜浓度的GA液可促进青花菜植株的DNA、RNA和总核酸的合成。

Abstract:Fifty mg/L,100 mg/L,150 mg/L of gibberelin was used to broccoli in this trial.The effect of GA on plant growth and nucleic acid of stem apex was studied.The results indicated that GA could increase plant weight, aboveground fresh weight and economic coefficient, promote plant growth.Optimal GA concentration could improve synthesis of DNA, RNA and total nucleic acid.
