摘    要:目的]探索沙湖后生浮游动物与主要水质因子间的关系。方法]调查沙湖后生浮游动物群落结构与主要水质因子的季节动态,对浮游动物密度、生物量与水质指标进行相关分析。结果]共检出后生浮游动物34种,其中轮虫23种,枝角类8种,桡足类3种;密度为175~924个/L,轮虫占优势;生物量为0.28~1.80mg/L,桡足类和轮虫占优势,趋向小型化。沙湖水体综合营养状态指数(TLI)大于50,水体营养水平达到富营养化。相关分析表明,浮游动物、轮虫、桡足类生物量与桡足类密度同叶绿素a、总氮、总磷、高锰酸盐指数、TLI在0.05水平显著正相关,与水体透明度在0.05水平显著负相关。结论]后生浮游动物的时空分布与水体水质因子关系密切。
