龙眼种质资源的ISSR分析

摘    要:采用ISSR分子标记技术对51份龙眼种质资源进行遗传多样性和聚类分析.从100条内部简单重复序列(ISSR)引物中筛选出12条多态性好的引物,共扩增出110个可重复多态性位点,多态性条带比例为64.1%.聚类结果将51份样品分为中国龙眼和泰国龙眼两大品种群,其中的中国龙眼品种群分为7组.结果表明,龙眼种质资源具有遗传多样性.

Abstract:Inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR) was used to analyze genetic diversity and clustering of 51 germplasms in longan(Dimocarpus longan Lour.).12 primers were selected from 100 ISSR primers and 148 polymorphic loci were amplified.The percentage of polymorphic band was 95.3%.The results of cluster analysis showed that 51 longan materials were divided into two cultivar populations which were Chinese longan and Thailand longan.Cultivar population of Chinese longan was divided into seven groups.The results indicat...
