不同基质处理对盆栽散尾葵生长的影响

摘    要:以塘泥、泥炭、桉树皮、花生壳、火炭灰为基本材料混配基质,在塘泥对照下,研究6种不同混配基质对盆栽散尾葵生长的影响。结果表明,散尾葵在混配基质V(泥炭)∶V(火炭灰)∶V(花生壳)=2∶2∶1中的生长表现最好,其株高、分蘖数、叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量、净光合速率等指标均高于对照和其他处理,植株生长旺盛,叶色鲜绿。在混配基质V(桉树皮)∶V(火炭灰)=1∶1中,散尾葵的生长表现最差,各项生长指标均显著低于对照和其他处理,植株瘦弱,叶色发黄。根据综合评价结果,混配基质V(泥炭)∶V(火炭灰)∶V(花生壳)=2∶2∶1优于其他处理,较适于在盆栽散尾葵标准化生产中应用。

Abstract:Taking pond sludge as control,the effects of six substrates,which were mixed with pond sludge,peat,eucalyptus bark,peanut shell and ash by different proportions,on growth of potted Chrysalidocarpus lutescens were examined.The results showed that the best growth performance of Chrysalidocarpus lutescens was attained in the substrate of peat∶ash∶peanut shell = 2∶2∶1.The growth parameters,including plant height,tiller number,chlorophyll and carotenoid content,and photosynthetic rate of Chrysalidocarpus lutescens in the substrate of peat∶ash∶peanut shell=2∶2∶1 all exceeded those in controlled and other substrates.While the worst growth performance and lowest growth parameters of Chrysalidocarpus lutescens were observed in the substrate of ash∶eucalyptus bark=1∶1.The comprehensive evaluation index indicated that the substrate of peat∶ash∶peanut shell=2∶2∶1 was suitable for standardized cultivation of potted Chrysalidocarpus lutescens than other substrates.
