| 摘 要： | 采用常规石蜡切片技术研究欧洲丁香杂交授粉后胚和胚乳的发育过程。结果表明：欧洲丁香胚的发生类型为茄型。合子分裂通常发生在初生胚乳核分裂之后,其卵细胞受精后,合子经过一段时间的休眠,于授粉后15d左右分裂形成3-细胞原胚,后经线状原胚、棒状原胚、球形原胚、心形胚、鱼雷形胚、子叶状胚,至授粉后60d左右发育为完全成熟胚。球形胚时期胚柄最为发达,此后逐步退化。胚乳发育类型为核型,授粉后9 d左右初生胚乳核先于合子分裂形成游离核,并且游离核细胞分裂较快;授粉后21 d左右,珠孔端游离核开始细胞化;授粉后33 d左右,早期球形原胚周围的胚乳细胞开始解体;授粉后36 d左右,球形原胚周围形成空腔;此后未被降解的胚乳细胞则发育为营养丰富的大型细胞。
