| 摘 要： | 发展农产品加工业,可以有效地提高农业初级产品的附加值,增加农民收入,加快我国由传统农业向现代农业转变的进程。以湖南省娄底市农产品加工业的现状为例,分析了现阶段农产品加工业发展存在的问题,提出了积极发展农产品加工业的措施与对策。
