| 摘 要： | 以茄科药用植物木本曼陀罗的叶片为外植体,通过一步法再生获得丛生芽及其再生植株,建立了木本曼陀罗的快速无性繁殖体系.结果表明：木本曼陀罗最佳丛生芽诱导培养基为MS＋6-BA3.0mg/L＋NAA0.2mg/L,丛生芽分化率可达91.4%,平均丛生芽倍增数为13.5.试管苗生根培养基以1/2MS＋IBA1.0mg/L最好,生根率高达94.5%.

| Abstract: | An efficient in vitro plant regeneration and clonal propogation system was established for the medical plant Datura arborea L.via the one-step procedure with the leaf as the explant.The highest shoot induction(91.4%)was achieved from leaves cultured on MS medium containing 3.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.2mg/L NAA,the proliferation rate averaging 13.5.The developed shoots rooted readily on 1/2MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L IBA,with a rooting rate as high as 94.5%. |
