| 摘 要： | 本研究通过“马肠管不同运动状态对肠道菌群影响的试验”、“抑菌药物筛选试验”和“内服大剂量乳酶生对马肠道菌群影响的试验”,结合马急性出血性盲结肠炎的有关研究报道,建立了以清泻和抑菌消炎为主的综合治疗原则,制定了具体的治疗方案。通过对11例典型的马急性出血性盲结肠炎临床病例治疗,治愈9例,明显高于对照组的治愈数(4/7),平均疗程和治疗次数也少于对照组。

| Abstract: | According to the results of tests including effects of the different peristaltic state of intestine on enteric microflora, selection of bacteriostatic drugs and effects of oral medication of large dosage of lactasin on enteric microflora and the related data of acute hemmorrhagic typhlocolitis in horse, a synthetic therapeutic principle aimed mainly to clearing intestinal contents, inhibiting microflora and diminishing inflammation was established and a concrete therapeutic protocol was worked out. |
