摘    要:研究对比了不同蔗糖浓度、硼酸浓度对黑牡丹"黑花魁"、"夜光杯"花粉离体萌发的影响,筛选出各自较为理想的花粉萌发培养基配方。牡丹不同品种花粉离体萌发所需的理想培养基配方并不一致,"黑花魁"的合适培养基为硼酸0.04 g/L+蔗糖50 g/L,"夜光杯"较为理想的培养基为硼酸0.08 g/L+蔗糖50 g/L。

Abstract:In order to screen out the optimum culture medium for the pollen germination of two black peony varieties('Heihuaku' and 'Yeguangbei'),the influences of different concentrations of sucrose and boric acid on the isolated pollen germination of these two varieties were studied and compared.The results indicated that the ideal culture medium for the isolated pollen germination of two black peony varieties was different,and the appropriate culture medium for 'Heihuakui' was 0.04 g/L boric acid + 50 g/L sucrose,while that for 'Yeguangbei' was 0.08 g/L boric acid + 50 g/L sucrose.
