| Abstract: | In this experiment,clematis varieties'Cassis','Taiga','Cloudburst'were used as explants.The study was conducted in March and April with different clematis The best time to disinfect the explants of lotus varieties.The best disinfection time of Dahe was 4 min,and that of'Cloudburst'was 3 min and 4 min,respectively,and the explants of Cathis,Dahe and'Cloudburst'were used as explants,and the experiments of different concentrations of three hormones were carried out.The optimal subculture formulas of 3 Clematis species were as follows:'Cas sis':1/2MS+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+0.01 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/LVC+20 g banana;'Taiga':1/2MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L KT+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/L VC+20 g banana;'Cloudburst':1/2MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L KT+0.01 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/L VC+20 g banana.2 mg/L NAA could significantly increase rooting rate,but the rooting phenomenon would appear after 30 days of cultivation even without rooting induction. |
