摘    要:本试验以铁线莲‘卡西斯’(Clematis Cassis)、‘大河’(Clematis Taiga)、‘倾盆大雨’(Clematis Cloudburst)为外植体,研究在3、4月外植体的消毒最佳时长时间,结果表明,3、4月中,‘卡西斯’的最佳消毒时长分别是3 min和4 min,‘大河’的最佳消毒时间均为4 min,‘倾盆大雨’的最佳消毒时长分别为3 min和4 min;以‘卡西斯’、‘大河’、‘倾盆大雨’带芽茎段为外植体,以3种激素不同浓度配比实验,筛选出3个铁线莲品种增殖继代培养的最佳配方分别为:‘卡西斯’:1/2MS+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+0.01 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/L VC+20 g香蕉;‘大河’为:1/2MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L KT+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/LVC+20 g香蕉;‘倾盆大雨’为:1/2MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L KT+0.01 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/L VC+20 g香蕉。2 mg/L的NAA可以显著提高生根率,但即使不进行生根诱导,培养时间超过30 d后各品种也会相继出现生根现象。

Abstract:In this experiment,clematis varieties'Cassis','Taiga','Cloudburst'were used as explants.The study was conducted in March and April with different clematis The best time to disinfect the explants of lotus varieties.The best disinfection time of Dahe was 4 min,and that of'Cloudburst'was 3 min and 4 min,respectively,and the explants of Cathis,Dahe and'Cloudburst'were used as explants,and the experiments of different concentrations of three hormones were carried out.The optimal subculture formulas of 3 Clematis species were as follows:'Cas sis':1/2MS+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+0.01 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/LVC+20 g banana;'Taiga':1/2MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L KT+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/L VC+20 g banana;'Cloudburst':1/2MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L KT+0.01 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/L VC+20 g banana.2 mg/L NAA could significantly increase rooting rate,but the rooting phenomenon would appear after 30 days of cultivation even without rooting induction.
