Abstract:Brassica napus L.is an oil crop which has importan tinfluences.The use of crossbreeding in rape has obtained new varieties with greater advantages in terms of viability,growth potential,stress resistance,adaptability,yield and quality compared with the old varieties.Correspondingly,it also caused problems such as the lodging of rape and the inability to increase mechanization productivity.The research and application of dwarfing related to rice and wheat is an important part of the green revolution,which provides a new idea for people to improve rapeseed varieties.Dwarf breeding of rape has become the key to solving the problem,such as the lodging of rape and the improvement of mechanized productivity of rapeseed.In this study,the research on the genetic characteristics,gene mapping and dwarfing mechanism of Brassica napus dwarfing genes was reviewed,to provide a reference for further utilization of rapedwarf genes.
