地被菊CmGATA8基因及启动子克隆与表达分析

Cloning of CmGATA8 and Expression Analysis of Promoter from Ground-Cover Chrysanthemum

Ground-cover chrysanthemum’YINGJIE’is color bright and plants shape neat with flower refreshing,but it cannot survive in winter of Northeast China.CmGATA8 was cloned from ground-cover chrysanthemum,with a full length of 1152 bp,a maximum open reading frame(ORF)of 951 bp,encoding 317 amino acids,and a GATA domain.The molecular weight of CmGATA8 was 34.75 ku,theoretical pI is 6.07,the instability index is59.32,grand average hydropathicity is-0.408,the aliphatic index is 67.85,and the subcellular localization of CmGATA8 is in the nucleus;Phylogenetic tree analysis shows that CmAGTA8 is divided into ArabidopsisⅠsubfamily;CmGATA8 promoter sequence was clone 1588 bp by the chromosome walking Kit,which included 7 light-responsive elements,one low-temperature corresponding element(LTR),one ABA corresponding element(ABRE).After low temperature treatment of ground-cover chrysanthemum,the relative expressions of Cm GATA,CmCOR,CmCBF and CmICE increased significantly.The results showed that Cm GATA8 might be involved in the regulation of cold resistance.
