摘    要:芜菁是十字花科芸薹属蔬菜作物,具有耐低温、耐贫瘠等优良特征,能够在海拔4 000 m的高原地区种植。为了明晰芜菁种质资源地上部表型的特征特性,本研究以126份芜菁种质资源为材料,分析了其地上部性状的多样性。结果显示芜菁叶片呈现出比较丰富的多样性,其中叶片长度分布范围为20.8~63.17 cm,叶宽分布在6.7~23.5 cm之间,叶片形状、裂片数量、叶片绒毛和叶柄形状均表现出丰富的表型性状。多样性分析显示叶柄宽的变异系数最大,达91.26%,多样性指数最高的性状是叶片绒毛;相关性分析表明叶长与株高的相关性最高;主成分分析结果显示8个主成分因子的贡献率达73.255%;聚类分析结果将126份芜菁种质分为3大类,其中第一类包括1份资源,第二类包括21份资源,第三类包括104份资源;采用隶属函数对126份芜菁种质进行了资源分析,最终筛选出15份具有明显优势的种质,其中7份材料适于作为食用芜菁种植,8份种质材料适于作为冬储牧草的饲用材料,为后续研究、加工利用提供可选优质材料。本研究结果将为芜菁种质资源的利用和鉴定提供有效信息。

Abstract:The turnip,a vegetable crop of the Cruciferae,with excellent characteristics of cold and barren resistant,can be planted at a plateau with an altitude of 4000 meters above sea level.In order to clarify the characteristics in leaf of turnip germplasm resource,126 turnip germplasm were used as the material for diversity analysis of agronomic traits overground in this paper.The results showed that leaves of turnip showed rich diversity.The leaf length ranged from 20.8 cm to 63.17 cm and the leaf width ranged from 6.7 cm to 23.5 cm.The leaf shape,the number of splits,the leaf hair and petiole shape showed abundant phenotypic traits.The coefficient of variation of petiole width was the largest,up to 91.26%and the diversity index of leaf hair is the highest.The correlation analysis showed that the correlation between leaf length and plant height was the highest.The results of principal component analysis revealed that the contribution rate of 8 principal component factors was up to 73.255%.The results of cluster analysis showed that 126 turnips were divided into three categories.The first category includes1 resource,the second category includes 21 resources,and the third category includes 104 resources.Finally,the resources of 126 turnips were analyzed by membership function.Finally,15 species with obvious advantages were selected.Among them,seven were suitable for edible turnip planting and eight were suitable for forage materials for winter storage herbage,which provided optional and high quality materials for further study and processing and utilization.The study in this paper will provide effective information for the utilization and identification of turnip germplasm resources.
