Abstract:
SAUR(Small auxin-up RNA)is the early response genes in auxin signaling and plays a critical role in plant growth and development and plant in response to biotic and abiotic stress.In this study,the 5'flanking sequence of ClSAUR25 was cloned by genome walking and analyzed by bioinformatics software.The results showed that the length of the 5'flanking sequence of ClSAUR25 was 1471 bp with three core promoter regions and five CpG islands.In addition to the abundant quantity of CAAT-box and TATA-box,the 5'flanking sequence of ClSAUR25 also contain cis-elements that response to ethylene and metal,and several cis-regulatory-elements that associated with light,anaerobic,meristematic tissue and endosperm.The results in this study indicated that ClSAUR25 gene promoter may belong to light-inducible promoter and play an important role in Cunninghamia lanceolata under abotic stress and also a vital role in regulating C.lanceolata growth and development.
