摘    要:以高纤亚麻(Linum usitatissimum L.)品种Diana为研究对象,探讨NaCl胁迫下,施用外源油菜素内酯(Brassinolide,BR)对亚麻种子萌发、生理特性的影响。结果表明,150 mmol·L~(-1)NaCl胁迫下,采用0.05~0.5 mg·L~(-1)BR浸种,与对照相比,亚麻种子发芽势、发芽率均显著提高(P0.05),采用0.5 mg·L~(-1)BR浸种效果最好。适当浓度BR预处理显著增加NaCl胁迫下亚麻幼苗叶绿素含量,提高SOD、POD、SuSy、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶等酶活性,降低MDA含量,减轻盐害胁迫。通过综合比较确定,0.1~0.2 mg·L~(-1)BR处理对提高亚麻幼苗耐盐性效果较好。

Effect of exogenous brassinolide treatment on seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics of flax under NaCl stress

Abstract:The flax variety Diana was chosen as the research object, the effects of exogenous brassinolide on the seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics were studied in flax under NaCl stress. The results showed that the germination potential and germination rate of flax seeds soaked with 0.05-0.5 mg · L~(-1) were significantly higher than those of the control(P<0.05) under the treatment of 150 mmol · L~(-1) NaCl. The effect of 0.5 mg · L~(-1) BR was the best. Proper concentration of BR pretreatment could significantly increase chlorophyll content, the activity of SOD, POD, SuSy and β-1, 3-glucanase, and decrease the content of MDA in flax seedlings under NaCl stress. Salt stress could be alleviated by BR pretreatment. Through comprehensive comparison, it was determined that 0.1-0.2 mg·L~(-1) BR treatment had better effects on improving salt tolerance of flax seedlings.
