摘    要:以油菜、黄瓜、小麦、高粱等4种作物种子为供试对象,用种子萌发法测定了采自西北地区的21科34属38种植物样品的除草活性.结果表明:有32种植物样品对至少一种供试作物种子芽后生长有70以上的抑制作用;蓼科的大黄、锦葵科的圆叶锦葵和野葵、大戟科的蓖麻等4种植物样品对4种供试作物种子幼根生长的抑制率大于70;商陆科的商陆对4种供试作物种子幼根及幼芽生长的抑制率均大于80.

Abstract:The phytotoxicity of 38 plant species belonging to 21 families, 34 genus were determined by the seeds germination of Sorghum vulgare , Cucumis sativus, Triticum aestivum and Brassica campestris. The results showed that inhibitory rates of 32 plant species were more than 70% at least to one species of crop seeds. The inhibitory rates of Rheum palmatum, Malva neglecta, M. verticillata and Ricinus communis against young roots of the 4 species of crop seeds were more than 70%. The inhibitory rates of Phytolacca acinosa not only against young roots, but also against young buds of the 4 species of crop seeds were more than 80%.
