| 摘 要： | 卵母细胞的去核是细胞核移植过程中的关键环节。在核移植研究中，卵母细胞的去核程度与重组胚再程序化的状态密切相关，去核效率高，其克隆胚胎最终发育成正常个体的可能性越大。去核步骤仍是胚胎克隆技术中最耗时间的步骤之一。本研究比较了三种去核方法。
