| 摘 要： | 利用紫露草微核技术,对吐温-80（Tween-80）进行了诱变检测,结果表明,当吐温-80浓度达5％及以上时．对植物细胞才有明显的资变效应。在5％以下时,微核率与阳性对照之间无显著意义。

| Abstract: | By using the Tradescantia paludosa micronucleus test, the mutagenicity of Tween-80 were studied. The results showed that Tween-8O had no significant effects when its concentration was beinw 5 percent. |
