摘    要:以抗旱性较强的稻种湘Ⅰ和较弱的763612为材料,作PEG6000渗透胁迫实验.结果表明,在-0.5MPa下处理3d.两个品种叶片质膜透性和MDA含量有所增加.Chl和Car含量有一定的下降,Chlα/b和Chl/Car比值几乎不变.在-0.8MPa下两个品种的质膜透性和MDA含量大量增加,Chl和Car含量急剧下降,Chlα/b和Chl/Car呈上升趋势;不同抗旱性的水稻品种之间表现出一定的差异.植物光合色素含量与膜脂过氧化水平呈一定的负相关性.乙烯释放量下降.但未见乙烷释放.

Abstract:Drought resistant paddy rice cullivar Xiang NO. 1 and drought sensitive upland rice cultivar 763612 were used in conducting PEG 6000 osmotic strcss.Thc experiment results showed that in the case of treatment under osmotic strcss(-0.5MPa),thc permeability of plasma mcmbrancc and malondialdchydc (MDA) contents of two cultivars incrcascd.whilc Chi. and Car contents of two cultivars decreased to a certain extent with the ratio between chl a/ b and Chi / Car remained almost unchanged; and that in the case of treatment under osmotic stress (-0.8MPa),thc permeability of plasma mcmbrancc and malondialdchydc (MDA) contents of two cultivars increased greatly, while Chl. and Car ccntcnts of two cultivars dropped drastically. The ratio between Chl a / b and Chl / Car tends to rise/There also appeared to have sonic certain difference anong rice cultivars with different drought rcsistancc.Undcr osmotic strcss.thcrc seemed to have a certain negative correlation between the content of phytosynthctic pigment in plant and level of mcmbranc-lipid pcroxidation.but ethane was not released in the experiment.
