国外高等农业教育发展的经验及启示

本对国外发达国家和发展中国家的高等农业教育的状况进行了探讨，并就国外高等农业教育模式与发展速度、教育管理体制改革与发展的经验与问题进行了分析。提出了可借鉴国外重视高等农业教育，把农业教育纳入国家发展的重要战略；多渠道筹措施资金，增加高等农业教育投入；拓展学科专业，突破农科界限，向综合化方向发展；扩大招生，加快高等农业教育发展；扩大高等农业院校办学自主权；积极推进科学和民主管理，加快现代化教育管理进程；高等农业院校要立足于为地方经济服务等经验。

The Experience and Implications of the Development of Higher Agricultural Education in some Foreign Countries

This article probles the status of higher agricultural education in some foreign developed and developing countries and analyzes the experience and problems of the reform and development in education management system as well as the education models and developing speeds in higher agricultural education into country development while drawing lessons from other countries in their attaching importance to higher agricultural education;to broaden specialized subjects,break through agricultural limits and develop in an integrative approach;to enlarge the scale of enrollment and accelerate the development of higher agricultural education;to enlarge the autonomous rights in running higher agricultural institutes;topromote actively scientific and democratic management and speed up the process of modern education management;higher agricultural institutes should be based on the aim of serving the local economies.These are the experiences of other countries we may count on for reference.
