| 摘 要： | 西门塔尔牛原产于瑞士西部阿尔卑斯山区,是世界优质大型肉牛品种之一,具有日增重率高、生产潜力大、瘦肉率高、肉质品质优良的特点。为进一步验证西门塔尔牛的品种改良成效,于2017年3月—2019年12月在新疆巴州地区一个黄牛养殖场开展品种改良试验。研究结果表明,杂交后代不管是在体重、体高、体斜长还是适应能力方面,都显著高于本地黄牛,具有良好的改良效果,在今后生产过程中值得进一步推广应用。

| Abstract: | Simmental cattle is one of the world's top quality beef breeds.It has the characteristics of high daily gain rate,high production potential,high lean meat rate and excellent meat quality.In order to further verify the effectiveness of Simmental cattle,a variety improvement trial was conducted from March 2017 to December 2019 at a cattle farm in Bazhou,Xinjiang.The results showed that the weight,body height,body length and adaptability of the hybrid offspring were significantly higher than those of local yellow cattle,which had good improvement effect. |
