长绿飞虱对几种常用杀虫剂的敏感性测定

摘    要:为了明确不同常用杀虫剂对长绿飞虱的防治效果,采用浸叶法测定了8种杀虫剂对长绿飞虱的室内生物活性。研究结果表明,噻嗪酮、啶虫脒对斜纹夜蛾的活性最高,LC50为0.189 3 mg/L与1.087 8 mg/L;杀虫单、吡蚜酮、三唑磷等农药对长绿飞虱的活性较低。

Abstract:In order to understand the effects of common insecticides to Saccharosydne procerus(Matsumura),the indoor biological activity of it to 8 different insecticides was investigated using leaf-dipping method.The results showed that S.procerus(Matsumura) was highly susceptible to buprofezin and acetamiprid with the LC50 values 0.189 3 mg·L-1 and 1.087 8 mg·L-1,and was low susceptible to monosultap,pymetrozine,triazophos.
