科技进步对我国水稻生产发展的影响与对策

在耕地面积持续下降以及农业结构调整的背景下，我国水稻种植面积减少已不可逆转，同时随人口的不断增加，稻米消费需求刚性增长也是不可逆转，我国总的水稻生产发展形势极其严峻。随着我国社会经济的发展，水稻生产发展目标正发生重大转变，相应的水稻科技进步目标也在不断调整。本文在对水稻生产目标的变化、水稻科技进步作用的影响因素，以及水稻科技进步传导链与相关技术系统构成分析的基础上，提出了推进我国水稻生产发展的科技对策。

Influences of Science and Technology Advancement on Development of Chinese Rice Production and Scientific Strategy

The declinge of rice planting area is irreversible in the context of continual decline of arable area and adjustment of agricultural structur,and the inflexibly increasing demand for rice consunming is also irreversible with the escalating population.Therefore,the whole situation of rice production and development if very critical in China.The objective of rice production and development is being in significant transitions and the corresponding objective of rice science and technology advancement is also being in adjustments,with development of Chinese social economics.In the current paper,the scientific strategy for improving Chinese rice production and development were presented upon analysis of changes in objectives of rice production and development,factors for limiting influence of rice science and technology advancement,conductive chain of rice sciece and technology advancement and related structure of technology system.
