水分胁迫条件下几种狗牙根草坪草抗旱性比较研究

以4种不同的狗牙根品种为研究对象,在人工控水条件下,对已成坪的草坪进行自然干旱胁迫处理,结果表明:供试品种在干旱胁迫下,植株绿叶率、叶片相对含水量均呈下降趋势,丙二醛与游离脯氨酸的含量则有所增加,但品种间存在显著差异。综合分析结果,4种狗牙根品种抗旱性强弱为:C3,C1>A3>A5。

Study on Drought Tolerance of Four Bermudagrass Varieties at Water Stress

Under man-made water stress,study on drought tolerance of four bermudagrass varieties was carried out in the established turf.The results showed that: under the stress of continuous drought,the relative water content of leaves and the rate of the green parts of leaves had a descending trend,while the content of the free proline and the malondialdehye increased.The sequence of drought tolerance of the four Bermudagrass varieties was: C3,C1>A3>A5.
