利用塑料棚和日光干燥废弃植物体和污泥的初步试验

摘    要:针对中国南方地区秋冬季气候条件下密闭塑料温室的增温效果明显,但同时温室内的相对湿度也高的问题,在密闭塑料棚中采用不同的除湿处理进行干燥有机废物(污泥和植物)的试验研究。结果表明:采用机械定时抽出封闭式塑料棚内空气,同时通入棚外气体的处理效果最好,塑料棚内相对湿度与密闭式塑料棚相比显著降低,而温度几乎没有降低,有利于快速干燥植物体,而城市污泥的干燥则不需要封闭塑料棚。

Abstract:The calefacient effect of the enclosed plastic shed is remarkable but the relative humidity in the shed keeps high in South China during autumn and winter seasons. Experiment was conducted in enclosed plastic sheds with diffrent humidity elimination in order to dry organic wastes such as sewage sludge and waste plant tissue. Results show that the periodically mechanical ventilation for the enclosed plastic shed not only reduce relative humidity, but also keep ideal temperature. It is useful for drying waste plant tissue, but for the sewage sludge drying, it is not necessary to enclose the plastic shed.
