| 摘 要： | 本试验对43头大通县高原型牦牛的12项血液生理生化指标进行了测定，结果显示：红细胞数为6．45＋0．8710’。个·L-1，血红蛋白为96．81＋23．04g·L-1，红细胞压积容量为0．47＋10．17L·L-1，血清钠为136．39＋11．45mm01．L-1，血清钾为5．86＋0．90mmol·L-1，血清氯为103．42_＋5．23mmol·L-1，血清铁为29．74~6．31Ixmol·i,-1．血清镁为1．41_＋0．51mmol·L-1，血清总蛋白为98．75＋4．56g·L-1，白蛋白为47．58＋6．71g-L-1．球蛋白为51．17＋7．19g·L-1，白蛋白与球蛋白之比（A／G）为0．93＋0．36。，

| Abstract: | 43 plateau type of yaks in Datong county were used to detect twelve blood indexes. The results as followed： red blood cell was 6.45＋_0.87 1012/L; content of hemoglobin was 96.81＋ 23.04 gL-1, pocked cell volume was 0.47＋10.17 L＇L-I; concentration of serum sodium ion was 136.39_＋11.45 mmol＇L-~,, concentration of serum potassium ion was 5.86＋-0.90mmol＇L-1; concentration of serum chlorine ion was 103.42＋_5.23retool＇L-J; concentration of serum iron ion was 29.74＋-6.31 Ixmol＇L-l; concentration of serum magnesium ion was 1.41＋0.51 mmol＇L-1; content of serum total protein was 98.75＋4.56g＇L-1; content of serum albumin was 47.58＋-6.71 g＇L i content of serum globulin was 51.17＋7.19g＇L-1A/G was 0.93＋0.36. |
