| 摘 要： | 河曲马品种的保种与选育,应采取划定保护区,建立育种核心群,确定群体有效含量,控制近交,调整马群结构和合适的公母比例等措施;应用正确的留种方法,有效防止群体近交系数的过快增长和品种基因库内优良基因的丢失;作到保种与选育同步进行,可使河曲马的生产性能逐步得到提高。

| Abstract: | Some technical measures were used in the breed control of Hequ horse, such matters as defining conservation region, determining effective population size and having a right foundation herd etc.These were useful to avoid increasing rapidly of inbreeding rate in the core population and losing the fine genes in the variety of Hequ horse.Since the breed control and selection were taken at the same time, the production performance of Hequ horse was advanced progressively.These ways are necessary in future too. |
