| 摘 要： | 通过县域土地利用规划实施成效评价体系的构建,以浙江省遂昌县为例,对现行土地利用规划的实施成效从规划控制指标执行、规划布局空间落实、行政管理效率和规划实施效果因素4个方面进行了定量评价,并指出现行土地利用规划存在的问题,探讨了相关政策建议.

| Abstract: | An appraisement system for effect of land use planning at county scale was proposed in this paper.Suichang county of Zhejiang province being taken as a case,the effect of land use planning,including implement of control index,fulfillment of spatial distribution,efficiency of administration and impact of planning performance,was quantitatively analyzed.Finally,some issues of active land use planning were presented and policies corresponsive were suggested as well. |
