| 摘 要： | 建立科学的评价体系有助于准确评价农业高效用水工程的可行性,从而为项目决策提供科学依据。提出了技术、工程、管理、环境及效益组成的农业高效用水工程综合评价体系;针对农业高效用水工程的特点,采用指标体系法建立了定性评价模型,并利用模型对具体的农业高效用水工程进行了评价。 |

| Abstract: | It has an advantage to evaluate possibility of project to build an evaluation system of science.It provides scientific basis for programming.The comprehensive evaluation system is consisted of five indexes including technique,engineering,management,environment and effectiveness.Based on the characteristics of agriculture water-saving irrigation project and indicator system,the described model has been built and used at actual project. |
