| 摘 要： | 简述了承载力和生态承载力的内涵和由来及利用承载力衡量可持续发展的理论和方法，分别论述．了生态承载力的自然植被净第一性生产力估测方法、资源与需求差量方法、可持续环境承载力模型方法、生态承载力综合评价方法及状态空间法的度量方法，并依据草原生态系统特性构建了草原区域生态承载力指标体系，探讨了草原区域生态承载力在区域可持续发展评价中的应用前景。 |

| Abstract: | The concept and origin of carrying capacity (CC)and ecological carrying capacity(ECC), and the theories and approaches to measuring sustainable development were briefly presented and reviewed in this article. The quantitative measurements for ecological carrying capacity, i.e. the net primary productivity of natural vegetation, the dispersion of resources to requirement, the model of sustainable environmental CC, the integrative assessment for ECC and the state space were discussed respectively. Based on the characteristics of grassland ecosystem, the indicators of measuring ECC for grassland region were designed, and the possibilities and applicabilities of ECC to measure sustainable development for grassland region were also pointed out. |
