水曲柳落叶松纯林与混交林土壤微生物主要生理类群

摘    要:采用盆栽和现实林分调查相结合的方法,研究了水曲柳落叶纯林和混交林土壤微生物的主要生理类群。结果表明,水曲柳纯林和落叶松混交林的微生物总量均较高,而落叶松纯林的数量相对较低。在水曲柳纯林土壤中,磷细菌,巨大芽孢杆菌和蜡状芽孢杆菌的数量最多,混交林与落叶松林均较低。要际土与非根际土(林地土)之间微生物总量的变化因树种而异,水曲柳无论在纯林和混交林中,根际土的微生物数量无高于林地土。增加幅度为11%~62%。而落叶松要际土的微生物总数等于或略高于林地上。

Abstract:Through planting in pots and investigating available forests. the main physiological types of soil microorganism in pure assh or larch forests and mixed forests were studied. The results showed that the total amounts of microorganism in pure ash forests and mixed forests were higher than that of pure larch forests. In the soil of pure ash forests. the amounts of P-bacteria. Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus cereus were the largest, but in mixed forests and pure larch forests were lower. The total amounts of microorganism between hollow soil and forest soil varied from tree species. The amounts of microorganism in hollow soil were higher than that in forest soil whether in pure ash forests or in mixed forests. Its increasing extent was from 11% to 62%. but in pure larch forests the amounts of microorganism in hollow soil were equal or slightly higher than that in forest soil.
