| 摘 要： | 本文从管理观念、馆藏建设、业务管理、馆员素质管理等方面对传统图书馆和数字图书馆管理进行比较分析,指出传统图书馆和数字图书馆存在一种发展的继承性,数字图书馆是图书馆发展历程中的必然阶段,并对我国高校数字图书馆科学管理建设进行了创新思考.
