杉木的组织培养*

摘    要:以杉木嫩茎为实验材料,建立组织培养体系。结果表明,杉木嫩茎用HgCl2 试剂消毒11min效果最好,污染率和死亡率极低。最佳诱导培养基为MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L +3%蔗糖。最适宜杉木组培苗生根的培养基为1/2MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IBA2.0mg/L+2%蔗糖。移栽30d后,成活率达到88%以上。

Abstract:The tender stem segments of Cunninghamia lanceolata was used for tissue culture and micropropagation. The results showed that 0.1% mercuric chloride solution (11min) was appropriate, the pollution and mortality rate was low. The best medium for proliferation was MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+3%S. the most suitable medium for rooting was1/2MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IBA2.0mg/L +2%S. After 30days, the survival rate was more than 88%.
