摘    要:利用PX-MFC90D数字式超细研磨仪测定玉米子粒破碎率,评价玉米子粒耐破碎性,探寻快速准确的测定方法及其影响因素,并以此表征不同品种耐破碎性。结果表明,测试子粒样本质量、转速、碾磨时间均对子粒破碎率有显著影响。随子粒样本质量的增加,破碎率呈下降趋势,两者符合二次曲线关系;随着转速和碾磨时间的增加,破碎率呈线性增加。可以用子粒破碎率达50%和100%需要的碾磨时间、转速作为评价玉米品种耐破碎性的指标。研究认为,PX-MFC90D数字式超细研磨仪可用于测定和表征玉米品种的耐破碎性。

Abstract:Using the PX-MFC90D digital ultrafine grinder measuring grain breakage rate, and characterization of different varieties of breakage tolerance, to evaluate the corn kernel breakage tolerance, explore the fast determination method and its influencing factors. The results showed that the determination of the sample weight, rotation speed, grinding time has a significant effect on grain breakage rate. With the increase of sample weight, the breakage rate decreases, and the relation between them is conic. With the increase of rotating speed and grinding time, the breakage rate increases linearly. According to the study, the milling time and rotation speed required to evaluate the breakage tolerance of varieties with the breakage rate of up to 50% and 100% can be used to evaluate the breakage tolerance of varieties. The grinder can be used to measure and characterize the breakage tolerance of varieties.
