| 摘 要： | 开发建设项目编制水土保持方案是环境治理和改善的迫切要求，它在水土保持工作中举足轻重。分析认为，水土保持方案较原来的水土保持规划更具有操作性、层次性，以及投资的专一性和实施的同时性等特点，通过工作实践，提出了编制水土保持方案的基本程序。

| Abstract: | Taking the loess plateau for example, a general picture of remote sensing c.nd GIS application in soil and water conservation is presented.Remote sensing can supply abandunt information for dynamic analysis of soil erosion.and shorten the period of data processing greately.GIS can integrate and process varied kind, of data related to all factors of soil erosion.Based on multilevel remotely sensed data and geographical information system.the studies of momtormg.have made and management information system of soil and water loss in loess plateau region some meaningful progresses in establishing the monitoring network of soil and water loss throughout the country. |
