川鄂连蕊茶的引种驯化及繁育研究

从野外引种川鄂连蕊茶,对其进行驯化繁育,并开展了生物学特性、繁育技术、栽培技术等方面的初步研究。结果表明,川鄂连蕊茶为常绿灌木,每年抽梢2次,分别集中于5月中旬～7月和9～11月两个阶段,新梢红色艳丽,具观赏性。9月初花蕾始现,至翌年3月开放,花期长达1个月。川鄂连蕊茶扦插繁殖极易生根,约30 d开始出现幼根,生根率可达到85%以上。栽培试验表明,川鄂连蕊茶在武汉地区坡岗地红壤土中栽培生长表现最好,且在全光照条件下株型紧凑,花量大,叶色变化丰富,观赏性状更好。

Study on Domestication and Propagation of Camellia rosthorniana

Domestication,biological characteristics,propagation method and cultivation techniques of Camellia rosthorniana Hand.-Mazz was studied.The results showed that C.rosthorniana was a kind of evergreen and very good ornamental shrub.It sprouted twice a year.The first time was from mid-May to July;And the second was from September to November.The new leaves were bright-red.The flower buds turned up in September and bloomed in March next year.The full-bloom stage lasted for one month.Rooting of cuttage of C.rosthorniana was eas,which took about 30 d.The survival rate was higher than 85%.The cultivation test showed that the best growth condition for C.rosthorniana was slope land and red loam.
