摘    要:中国是食用油消费大国,又是食用油缺乏的大国,每年需从国外进口食用油约占总量的2/3。评述了转基因大豆的优缺点和我国转基因大豆油的生产消费情况,以及转基因大豆对我国食用油产业链的影响,分析了我国大豆生产与加工的出路,为我国转基因大豆食用油的生产、加工和消费提供了参考。

Abstract:China is a big nation in terms of edible oil consumption,which lack of edible oil,and imported edible oil account for about two-thirds of the total each year.The advantages and disadvantages of genetically modified soybean,the production and consumption of soybeans oil,as well as impact of genetically modified soybeans on China’s edible oil industry chain were reviewed.The production and processing of genetically modified soybeans were also analyzed.Then the references for genetically modified soybean oil production,processing,and consumption in China were provided.
