| 摘 要： | 在灌区的运行评价中,权重确定的合理与否将直接影响评价结果.目前权重确定的方法有很多,简要概括了这些方法的不足,并引入粗集理论的概念,将粗集理论中属性重要度的确定方法与专家评分法相结合,得到灌区评价指标的综合权重,采用模糊综合评判模型对东港灌区2004年的运行状况进行评价.评价结果符合实际情况,说明用粗集理论确定权重是科学合理的.

| Abstract: | In the evaluation of operation situation of irrigation district,the evaluation result is directly influenced by the weight decision.At present,there are many methods for weight decision.This paper analyzed the disadvantages of every method and introduced the rough sets theory.By combining the decision method for attributes importance in rough sets theory with the experts evaluation method,the comprehensive weight of irrigation evaluation factors was gained in the paper.In the end,the operation situation of Donggang irrigation areas in 2004 was evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive model and the result was accordance with the actual situation.This means that the method is scientific and rational. |
